Pilates Mat Level 1 and 2 Training – Reformer 1 and 2 Training Course
Training manuals are provided for all courses. It is advised that those participating in our Teacher Teacher trainings also purchase the following: Return To Life by Joseph H. Pilates and Pilates Anatomy by Rael Isacowitz.
Pilates Mat Level 1 / Anatomy & Movement Principles November 3rd, 4th. and 5th
Mat 1 includes an introduction to the history and principles of Pilates, beginning exercises and introduction to intermediate level exercises with modifications. An overview of anatomy and movement principles are covered with this course.
Pilates Mat Level 2 / Anatomy & Movement Principles November 10th, 11th, and 12th
Mat II includes the remaining intermediate and advanced level exercises as well as use of props for advancing clients and providing appropriate modifications. A continuation of anatomy and movement principles is covered in this course. *Mat Level 1 / Anatomy & Movement principles is a required prerequisite.

*Early bird is due 1 month before training begins.
All payments are due in full 14 days before the course begins.
All payments received less than 14 days before the course incur a $50 rush fee.
If only one person signs up for the training the price changes to the private rate or is postponed.
Begin by paying a $400 deposit.

In order to be a receive certificate of completion the following hours must be met:

Observation Hours: 15 hours
Personal Practice Hours: 20 hours
Student Teaching Hours: 35 hours
