Our Method

Whether you are straight off the couch or an elite athlete, our classes are appropriate for all levels, and we always provide regressions and progressions for each client to meet their individual needs. This helps newbies to ease in, and those more experienced to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Reformer exercises are combined with mat, tower or chair work, plus small apparatus. This approach prevents plateaus, continues to tone the body and workouts are never the same, making for a fun and challenging experience for all.
