Liz has been practicing Pilates for FIVE years now and is ecstatic to share her love with everyone at Lifestyle Pilates Petaluma! LET'S BOUNCE!!! We are excited to be adding Barre BOUNCE to our class schedule. This class is a fun unique fusion barre experience on a trampoline with our new bouncing cardio moves and fusion barre sculpting exercises. In just 40 minutes you will sculpt & tone your entire body, while boosting your heart rate and your mood! This workout will include bounce and barre intervals on our Jump Sport Fitness Trampolines.
