POWER Level 2-3

Seamlessly moving through Pilates fitness-style exercises on the reformer, this class incorporates diverse Pilates apparatuses for a comprehensive workout. We recommend 5-10 prior classes for optimal experience. Perfect your form, breath, and muscular function in this empowering session. Join us and take your Pilates journey to the next level!

IGNITE All Levels (Cardio)

This high-energy, low-impact class is perfect for the cardio junkie. This class is the trainer's own special concoction of Reformer and JUMP-BOARD. Experience an aerobic workout without stress on the joints mixed with weights and other accessories. This cardio workout is 50% more efficient than running and at burning calories.
Sweat and pump up your heart rate in this fun, full-body Pilates workout!
