Check in at the front desk with a staff member when you arrive for your class

To avoid a full class charge, please cancel your reservation online 18 hours prior to class time

If you are on a Monthly Unlimited class package, a $20 reservation fee will be charged for late cancellations (less than 18 hours before class start time) or no- shows

Monthly memberships can be cancelled after the three-month commitment and before the next monthly cycle begins via email or phone. We cannot refund a charge that has already processed

Membership pauses or freezes are available on regularly priced memberships (*rules apply) but are not available during promotional or discounted months

Please arrive on time. If you arrive 10 minutes late or later for your class, your spot may be offered to someone waiting at the studio to get into the class

Cell phone use is not allowed in the group room during class sessions to ensure a focused and distraction-free environment.
