Welcome to Lifestyle Pilates Petaluma, where we blend contemporary and classical Pilates to provide an invigorating fitness experience. Join our fusion-style classes, featuring the Reformer, Cardio Jump Boards, Pilates Chairs, Tower exercises, and more for a dynamic, full-body workout.

At our studio, we want every client to feel confident choosing the class that best fits their experience and goals. Here’s a breakdown of our class levels:

Level 1 – Foundations & Basics
Perfect for complete beginners, those returning to Pilates, or anyone who prefers a slower-paced, gentler workout. These classes focus on form, alignment, and building a strong foundation.

Level 2 – Intermediate Progression
A great next step if you’ve taken a few Pilates classes and feel ready for a bit more challenge. May include more complex sequences or transitions. Not recommended for those with significant injuries or limitations.

Level 3 – Advanced & Intense
Designed for experienced clients who are ready to take their practice to the next level. These classes are high-intensity, fast-paced, and feature advanced exercises. We recommend at least 8–10 Pilates classes before joining a Level 3 session.

All Levels – Everyone Welcome
These classes offer a mix of exercises with room for both modifications and progressions. Ideal if you're comfortable with Pilates basics and enjoy working at your own pace.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

POWER (Level 2-3)
Boost your fitness with a HIIT-focused full-body Pilates workout using various
apparatuses. 5-10 prior classes are recommended. Perfect your form and strength in
this power session!
IGNITE (All Levels Cardio)
This cardio-based, high-energy class blends the Reformer, jump board, and other
apparatus for a joint-friendly, calorie-burning workout. It's ideal for those with 5-10 prior classes.
LIFESTYLE (All Levels)
Lifestyle Pilates improves mobility and daily movement, strengthening muscles for
better posture, balance, and flexibility. Perfect for all levels, it boosts core strength and
energy.
ALIGNMENT (Level 1+)
Our alignment class is a great first class for beginners. It focuses on core Pilates
principles, strengthening, and lengthening your body with Pilates tools. It's great for
beginners or those who want to go back to the basics! We recommend all new clients take Alignment first to establish where your personal challenge level lies and to ensure you are set up for success in more progressive classes.
TONE (All Levels)
A full-body workout that is perfect for those transitioning from our Alignment class.
Improve strength, balance, and flexibility from day one.  This All Levels class is designed for clients who have taken at least 4 to 5 Pilates reformer classes and are comfortable navigating the equipment. While we welcome a wide range of experience from Level 1 to Level 3, this class is not intended for complete beginners.
EMPOWER (Level 2-3)
Empower blends barre, yoga, and sports conditioning for a full-body workout that boosts
strength, balance, and coordination. It is perfect for those seeking a challenging and
balanced fitness experience!
STRETCH (All Levels)
This class focuses on deep stretching and relaxation, using gentle movements to
release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance joint mobility. Perfect for recovery or
improving flexibility, you'll feel refreshed and restored.
