Our private sessions provide one-on-one instruction to maximize the benefits of Pilates and are a geat way to get started. Our private sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates.
We will work one-on-one with you on a full range of equipment. Programs can be designed that are specific to your fitness needs and goals. Your private sessions will include well-rounded routines including toning, stretching and a mild cardiovascular workout.
