Not sure if you can do it? We understand! It’s a new activity for everyone at one time our another. Our instructors will explain good jumping form and keep an eye on all students in class. We keep our jumps low and focus on pushing down into the rebounding surface because that triggers the most work for your muscles. And while we push our students to jump a a pace that’s challenging, it’s absolutely acceptable to jump slower and opt for modifed jumps! So give it a try!
