REFORMER FUSION CLASSES
This class is designed to challenge your body from the inside out. Full-body workout using a mix of equipment from Reformer, Chair, Jump-board, Tower and more. This is a mixed level class. Beginners welcome.
This High Energy, Low-impact class is perfect for the cardio junkie. This class is the trainer's own special concoction of Reformer and Re-bounder (mini Trampoline) or JUMP-BOARD. Experience an aerobic workout without stress on the joints mixed with weights and other accessories.
This cardio workout is 50% more efficient than running and at burning calories.
Sweat and pump up your heart rate in this fun, full-body Pilates workout!
Recommended for those already familiar with the Basic Pilates.
STRETCH & TONE Reformer Class
STRETCH & TONE your entire body with apparatus assisted stretching and toning. this full body workout will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on whatever the day may bring. Regular stretching routine will help reduce soreness and muscle fatigue, decrease risk of injury, and increase blood flow to your muscles. All levels welcome.
In just 40 minutes, you will strengthen, lengthen, and tone every inch of your body. This intensive give-it-all-you've got Pilates based HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout will kick your normal routine up a notch, incorporating props and cardio intervals to firm up your arms, legs, and bootie for a lean sculpted Pilates body! Come prepared to work hard and leave feeling accomplished. You are in control of the intensity of the workout and adjustments can be made for all fitness levels.
Join us for a high-intensity, low impact Rebounder/Barre Workout! In just 40 minutes you will sculpt & tone your entire body, while boosting your heart rate and your mood! This workout will include bounce and barre intervals on our Jump Sport Fitness Trampolines.

PRIVATES & DUETS
We offer personal 1-on-1 training for a workout customized just for you. Your personal Pilates trainer can give you a great intro to Pilates, help with injuries or inspire you to meet your goals.
A duet session is a private workout with two participants and one pilates instructor. Duet sessions are a great way to get a cost effective personalized pilates workout. It’s also a great strategy to work out with a friend or partner to help motivate each other for that extra boost of support when needed.
