WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR MELISSA! I'm sure you have meet Melissa already. Her bright energy radiates through our studio. She is certified in BootyBarre Bounce and is currently teaching BarreBounce classes. She has also completed our MAT I & II AND REFORMER I & II TEACHER TRAINING program. You will see her name on the schedule under APPRENTICE TEACHING. Enjoy taking one of her classes for free starting August 15th and continuing through the end of the month. She is working on her practice teaching hours to obtain her Certification of Completion for REFORMER TRAINING. We are so excited to have Melissa spread her wings and fly! SWEET POTATO BREAKFAST BOWL A Whole30 breakfast bowl packed with protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. Use your choice of protein for a vegan-friendly option. 1 small sweet potato, pre-baked 1 serving protein powder 1 small banana, sliced 1/4 cup raspberries 1/4 cup blueberries **OPTIONAL TOPPINGS cacao nibs chia seeds hemp hearts favorite nut/seed butter ** INSTRUCTIONS Flesh out sweet potato if not done already. In a small bowl, mash sweet potato with fork. Stir in protein powder until combined. Layer in banana slices, raspberries, and blueberries. Top with additional desired toppings and dig in!
